I loved every minute of the extended cooking course I took with Francesca. Her hands on approach along with her warmth and sense of humour made each lesson an absolute pleasure. Not only that,now I feel more confident in my cooking skills and enjoy entertaining and cooking for my friends and family far mor since finishing the course. Cheers Francesca!

Of course I remember the absolutely wonderful time we all had cooking with you in your lovely home!! I remember the fabulous music we listened to (I bought several artists that you recommended) while cooking; all of us cooking from morning until early afternoon each day and then sitting down to your table to enjoy the really tasty cuisine of Florence which you taught us to prepare; and the great fun we all shared and the closness as we bonded with one another through a shared love of creating and tasting excellent dishes you taught us to make! You were such a sweet and welcoming lady, whom we all admire greatly for you skills and warm hospitality! I would love to revisit those times again if we could push back the clock!! I still have the typed out pages of recipes we learned to prepare from your excellent hands-on teaching skills..... Many thanks, again,........, Francesca! I am so happy to know that you are still offering your skills to those who also share a fondness of delicious Florence cuisine!
